The "IF I KNEW" project was implemented in the fall of 2023 by selecting 22 teenagers aged 14–19 from the Special Complex for Children and Youth Education. The project consisted of three parts: training, business trips, and mentorship. Trainings focused on personal development and how to deal with challenges commonly faced by teens. Using career tests and workshops, participants were guided in understanding different professions and choosing their future path. They also visited major organizations like MCS, Coca-Cola, and the Academic Theatre of Opera and Dance to gain hands-on exposure. Through the mentorship component, they received guidance on both career choice and life skills—one of the most impactful outcomes of the project.

Club Highlights: A club comprised of members who are professionals in healthcare, education, and business sectors.
