Dear members of Rotary, Rotaract, Interact, our adorable Junioract members, and the Rotary family,
Warmest congratulations to all of you on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Rotary movement worldwide and the 30th anniversary of the Rotary movement in Mongolia!
What began in 1995 with a single club—Ulaanbaatar Rotary Club, with just over 20 members has now grown into a large and vibrant Rotary family in Mongolia. By 2025, it will include:
with more than 1,500 members.
This remarkable growth is a testament to our collective effort, dedication, and the meaningful contributions of each and every Rotary member.
Over the past 30 years, we have successfully implemented numerous projects and programs aimed at spreading goodwill and fostering positive change throughout our country.
At the heart of this success lies your unwavering enthusiasm, belief, and commitment to making a difference.
Under the theme “The Magic of Rotary” for the Rotary year 2024–2025, I extend heartfelt greetings and appreciation to the:
who are helping to create this year’s magic together.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to all Past Area Governors, Club Presidents, and active members who have proudly contributed to shaping our history over the past 30 years.
Today’s achievements are the result of yesterday’s heartfelt dedication.
Let us build tomorrow’s magic together.
The Magic of Rotary.

Greetings on the 30th anniversary of Rotary in Mongolia
With the enduring motto “Service Above Self,” we extend our warmest congratulations to our esteemed Rotary family — Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, and Junioractors — on the momentous occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Rotary movement in Mongolia.
We also take this opportunity to sincerely thank our partner organizations and all individuals who have given their time, knowledge, and resources to our projects and initiatives that have improved countless lives and brought about significant, positive changes in our society over the past three decades.
Over the past 30 years, Rotary clubs in Mongolia have made valuable contributions to the development of the country by implementing more than 600 projects. The total investment in these projects has reached 59 billion MNT, and the initiatives have focused on Rotary’s seven areas of focus listed below:
Guided by our core principle of community-centered service, we strive to ensure that all initiatives are inclusive, sustainable, and impactful and that they benefit many people, not just one person. This approach has helped us to make effective and widespread changes since it encourages us to expand the scope of our services and focus on solving major social problems.
We have brought about positive social changes, and all our projects continue to have a real impact on the communities we serve. From improving access to quality education and healthcare, to providing clean water and sanitation solutions, our work has significantly enhanced the lives of many people and contributed to the well-being of our nation.
As we celebrate this important milestone, we call upon our Rotary family to move forward with renewed purpose and unity. Let us continue to broaden the scope of our humanitarian mission and deepen our collective impact—bringing hope, opportunity, and dignity to even more lives in the years ahead.
