The Rotaract Club of Tsast was established in 2017 with support from our mother club, the Ulaanbaatar Central Rotary Club. As of 2024, the Club has 30 active members. For the past 7 years, we have adhered to the Rotary mission, organizing community service projects and events to promote youth engagement and contribute to social well-being.

One of our key contributions includes furnishing a separate ger for children in the summer of 2022 as part of the Ulaanbaatar Central Rotary Club’s “Ger For Life” project. This initiative provides children with a nurturing space to play and learn, offering books and games that support cognitive and emotional development. Annual festival activities like Canvas Day and cupcake decoration events are also organized to spark joy and engagement among children.

Another flagship initiative is the “Greenhouse” project, designed to improve nutrition for children in care centers, provide meaningful summer engagement, and teach them about ecology, environmental sustainability, and agriculture. In 2023, we built a 6x10m summer greenhouse for the “Unur Bul” Child Centre, one of Mongolia’s largest orphanages. In 2024, we plan to plant a vegetable garden at their summer camp.

Our “Coffee Camping & Movie Night” events, held every summer and autumn, are open to all Rotary family members and friends who enjoy coffee and outdoor films. These events aim to raise funds for Club projects while strengthening collaboration within the Rotary network. The events include coffee culture sharing, movie discussions, and open mic activities.
