RC MURUN KHUREE

Since its inception, the Murun Khuree Rotary Club has been actively organising and expanding collaborations, growing membership, and presenting the club’s introductions, projects, and programs. As a result, the club is now signing cooperation agreements with foreign clubs and planning to jointly organise projects.
Our members are a mix of Koreans and Mongolians. Our goal is to identify and research challenges facing Mongolia, develop projects and fundraising initiatives to address them, and contribute to the nation’s development. We also aim to empower Club members to learn from each other and from other clubs, increasing active participation and achieving progress through collaborative projects and programs.
The club has initiated and implemented several community-oriented projects, including “Loving Presents” – a New Year project for orphans and children with disabilities. In education, we successfully implemented a 45-day Korean language program where Korean teachers taught community members and youth. Our nature protection project also involved local children and community members.
In the health sector, we have raised over USD 12,200 for a joint project with the cancer department and signed a memorandum of understanding with a club in Korea.
